This policy explains what personal data mailthatfast.com processes when we send you email, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect
- Your email address, and your name if you gave it.
- Proof of your consent: date, time and IP address of your subscription and confirmation.
- Email activity: whether an email was delivered, opened or clicked, and unsubscribes.
Why and on what legal basis
We use this data only to send you the emails you subscribed to and to measure that they are wanted. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR article 6.1.a). You can withdraw it at any time.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After an unsubscribe we keep only your email address in a suppression list, so that we never email you again.
Who receives it
Nobody else. We never sell or rent your data. It is processed on our own servers, hosted by Spaceship (Namecheap, Inc.) in the United States. This transfer outside the European Union is covered by the provider's standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no trackers. Our emails may contain a small image and tracked links to measure opens and clicks.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability of your data, or object to its use. Use our data request form or write to contact@mailthatfast.com. We answer within one month.
You can also file a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
